The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.
Maximum 50/50 payout will be $302,500.

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw via the Zoom livestream.
Winners will be posted online at https://canuckplaceraffle.com/winners on October 6, 2022.
In the event that draw cannot take place as scheduled, substitute draw information will be posted at canuckplaceraffle.com and communicated directly to all ticket purchasers by email.
Winner will be contacted by phone by Canuck Place Children's Hospice. Presence at draw is not a condition for claiming the prize.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
Winner must sign a winner certification and release form and verify that they meet age and residency requirements by providing a copy of their government-issued ID.
Winner is not responsible for prize delivery costs.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Canuck Place Children's Hospice or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
Canuck Place Children's Hospice does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to deliver services and keep you informed on Canuck Place Children’s Hospice activities, including programs, events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or give, future 50/50 raffles, and more, through periodic contacts.
6. Inquiries and Complaints

Written inquiries and voice mail messages will receive a response within 2 business days.
All complaints must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Canuck Place staff will issue a written response to all complaints within 10 business days.
7. Delay in Draw
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
Canuck Place Children’s Hospice is British Columbia and the Yukon’s pediatric palliative care provider. Over 830 children living with life-threatening illnesses and families from five provincial health regions receive Canuck Place inpatient and community care (in home/in hospital). Canuck Place operates 13 patient beds and 8 family suites through two hospices in Vancouver and Abbotsford. Services include medical respite and family support, pain and symptom management, provincial 24-hour clinical care line, music and recreation therapy, education and art, grief, loss, and bereavement counselling, as well as end-of-life care.
